Site Development construction plans for a new private school serving 90 students and faculty.  The project consisted of the site development, entrance plans, septic design, hydrology, grading, utilities extensions and erosion control plans for a new daycare facility situated near the new Wal-Mart in Cleveland, GA.

Challenges included working the new building into an existing site while maintaining as much of a residential character as possible as well as challenging hydrology on the site.
