The Manor Golf Course and Country Club Amenities

This Project consisted of the design and permitting of an Amenities Package as part of the development of a 900 acre 450 lot residential subdivision.  The amenities included an 18 hole Tom Watson signature golf course, 21 professionally groomed tennis courts to include 4 indoor courts and 6 clay courts, 2 junior Olympic swimming pools, a 32,000 square foot clubhouse, walking trails, boardwalks and a driving range.  The overall project had all aspects of Civil Engineering design involved including road design, sanitary sewer design, wetlands mitigation, stream buffers, dams, detention ponds (wet and dry), golf course, drainage, reuse water, 4 lift stations, site plan for a waste water treatment facility, amenities area, road realignment, bridge design, and flood studies.

Projects of this size require a lot of coordination between many disciplines.  This project was designed mainly by members of our firm while employed by HGBD, Inc.  Since this time the developer has retained the services of our firm to continue to work on portions of this project.
