Site Development construction plans for a new private school serving 90 students and faculty.  The project consisted of the site development, entrance plans, road widening, hydrology, grading, utilities extensions and detention ponds for a 1 acre school site in Forsyth County, GA.

Challenges included fitting a large amount of infrastructure on a small one acre site, maintaining a residential character of the site as per zoning requirements, and extending utilities across a county highway to connect to a private wastewater treatment facility.
